Detailed meeting at venue one month prior to get an overview of vision Eight hour maximum on the wedding day Wedding timeline Confirmation calls to vendors Coordination of rehearsal (maximum 2 hours) Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors Helping wedding party/guests with special needs Distribute final wedding day itinerary to all vendors Oversee set and up and design of ceremony and reception site Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres, flower girl basket and ring bearer items Greet and direct guests to ceremony and reception site Lining up and cueing wedding party Make sure dress and train are perfect Gather family/wedding party for photographs Make sure bride and groom and wedding party are provided with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres during photography session Ensure everyone scheduled to give toasts are prepared and cued Communicate with chef and catering staff to ensure proper serving of guests Distribute gratuities to vendors Handle all emergencies leaving the bride and groom free to enjoy their day

Pricing is custom tailored to each event. Additional In-person consultations will be billed at $100.00/hour. Travel fees and expenses may apply for selected venues located outside of a 30 mile radius. Wedding day coverage exceeding contracted hours will be billed at $150.oo /hour.
